Can I keep several seating arrangements?
Yes. Build as many versions as you like, compare them, talk them through with your partner or coordinator, and activate the one you prefer. The others stay saved, so you can always go back.
Does the seating chart sync with my guest list?
Yes. Guests are pulled from your list automatically, along with their companions and guest groups. Anyone who has declined is left out of the seating, and each guest profile shows the table they are assigned to.
How does auto-seating work?
It spreads guests across tables, trying to gather people from the same guest group together, and seats companions next to their primary guest. You can edit the result by hand or run auto-seating again.
How do I hand the seating chart to my venue?
Download the seating plan as a PDF or send a read-only link. For the link you choose which tables to show and whether to include table notes.
Are there design templates for the plan and the cards?
Yes. The PDF plan lets you set fonts, colors, and background. Place cards come in three formats — a folded A6 tent and flat A7 in portrait and landscape — with six ready-made backgrounds: eucalyptus, wildflowers, marble and gold, and more. You can also use your own color or image.
Does the person I send the link to need the app?
No. The link opens in any browser, on a phone or a computer. The app is only for you, to build the seating.
