Content Rules

Version of 26 August 2026.

1. Who these rules apply to

1.1. These Content Rules apply to everyone who uploads photos, short videos, text or other materials (the "Content") to the "Wedding — Without Stress" service (the "Service"): both account holders and guests who upload photos or short videos to a wedding album or reply to an online invitation. Short videos in the album are available to the couple.

1.2. By uploading Content you agree to these Rules. If you do not agree, please do not upload anything.

1.3. The Service is operated by PE Efremov Ilia Sergeyevich, Tax ID 20288301, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia (the "Operator").

2. What you must not upload

2.1. The following Content is prohibited:

• sexually explicit material, and any material depicting minors in a sexual context;

• material promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or inciting violence;

• material promoting illegal drugs, self-harm or suicide, or gratuitous cruelty;

• material inciting hatred against a person or group on the basis of sex, race, ethnicity, language, origin, religion, disability or sexual orientation;

• harassment, threats, defamation, or material that degrades another person;

• photographs, images, video, fonts or text you do not hold the rights to use;

• images of people who have not agreed to be shown, where their consent is required;

• personal data of other people without a lawful basis;

• advertising, spam, malicious links or files;

• any other material whose distribution is unlawful under applicable law.

3. What you confirm when uploading

3.1. By uploading Content you confirm that:

• you hold all rights necessary to upload it and to make it visible to others;

• the people shown in your photographs do not object to them being published;

• the Content complies with section 2 of these Rules.

3.2. The person who uploads Content is responsible for it.

3.3. Background music for online invitations and wedding websites is supplied by the Operator from its own catalogue under open Creative Commons licences. Uploading your own audio files is not supported. Author credits and the applicable licence for each track are provided by the Operator on request to support.

4. Reporting a violation

4.1. If you believe Content in the Service is unlawful or infringes your rights, use the "Report a violation" link on the relevant page or write to team@wedding-planner.pro.

4.2. Please include a link to the page or the specific item, and describe the problem. For an intellectual property claim, identify the work concerned, state that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and provide contact details.

4.3. We review reports within 24 hours. Where a violation is apparent, access to the material is restricted immediately, before the review is completed.

4.4. If you believe your Content was removed in error, you may contest the removal at the same address.

5. What the Operator does

5.1. The Operator does not review Content before it is published, does not initiate uploads, does not select recipients and does not influence what is uploaded. The Operator acts as a hosting intermediary in respect of Content uploaded by users and guests.

5.2. The Operator may remove Content or restrict access to it without prior notice where there are signs of a breach of section 2, following a substantiated report from a person whose rights are affected, or on the demand of a competent authority.

5.3. Repeated or serious breaches may result in the account being suspended or closed.

5.4. When Content is uploaded, the date, time, IP address and device identifier are recorded. This information is used solely to handle reports of violations, to comply with lawful demands and to protect the rights of the Operator and third parties.

5.5. Information about the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Retention

6.1. Uploaded photographs, short videos and other materials are deleted together with the wedding account of the couple who created the album, within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent.

6.2. A guest may ask for Content they uploaded to be removed earlier by writing to team@wedding-planner.pro.

7. Final provisions

7.1. The Operator may amend these Rules. A new version takes effect when it is published in the Service.

7.2. Matters not covered by these Rules are governed by the User Agreement and by the law of the Republic of Armenia.
